This was the most amazing gourmet sandwich shop I had ever been to In My Life. We just happen to come cross it while we are on a road trip. it's been a year and half now and I still think about my sandwich. Thank you all for wonderful sandwich and a memorable experience.
Outstanding little shop with delicious gourmet sandwiches. I had the Tate, and it was jammed full of pork. I don't care for mayonnaise, but the rosemary mayo was so tasty and gave the meat a great flavor. The homemade chips were nice and crispy and the onion dip was excellent. The service was on point with friendly and attentive staff. Can't wait to be driving through and stop again.
One of my favorite specialty sandwich shops anywhere! Good selection of craft beer as well. I've tried several of the sandwiches (Washington, Jefferson, McKinley, Eisenhower, Fillmore)... loved them all. The place is usually full during peak times, but the wait has never been too long. Well worth a look if you're traveling on 19.
We went upstairs initially, it was empty. We were referred to the downstairs entrance where there were about 8 people waiting, not 20. Thanks for making our decision easy!
Who knows? We were turned away after being told of a possible 30 to 40 minute wait with six empty tables??? When I asked where we were to wait I was told to go to the park? I heard great things but I won't try them for a while now. Poor customer service from a small place in a small town in the middle of nowhere. They could have used our business.
Food was fabulous and the waitress was friendly. Comfortable, family friendly atmosphere and an all around excellent dining experience. They have unique menue items and the loaded fries is something you have to try!
