We tried calling others before we called M&S and we are glad the other companies failed to show. M&S came the same day we called, diagnosed a critical problem with our current unit and re-arranged their schedule the next day to install a new unit. They were polite and patient in explaining everything to my wife on their very first visit. When the new unit began to malfunction, M&S came out the next day, found the problem (factory install issue) and corrected it. They are polite, professional and detailed in their explanation along the way. We met three generations of the Milers during the installation and we would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
These men were so friendly, knowledgeable, professional and so affordable. Had me fixed up in one short visit plus I live a little ways from they company and was no problem for them to out and help me. Called on a Friday right at closing and was here Monday morning to work very pleased
The owner came to the house and did an estimate for free. Called them yesterday and they did the installation today. Had a heating and cooling system installed in about 5 hours at a reasonable price. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them.
